By accessing or using FlowBoard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowBoard is a cloud-based project management platform that provides visual task boards, real-time collaboration tools, sprint planning, workload dashboards, and automated workflow features for teams. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered pricing plans.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks, using the Service for any illegal purpose, interfering with other users' use of the Service, uploading malicious code, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes in pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service, prevent or address technical issues, or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FlowBoard and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data for up to 30 days following account termination. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
